Cardbox Talk

I have installed Cardbox 3.0 onto a computer at work. Three people use this computer and we have one general NT account from which we work from. However if we try and logon using our own seperate NT accounts we only have read access to Cardbox. I have tried adding full control permissions to the Libcatal.fil but still no joy. Is ther anyway round this???
